Website & Appointment Terms
Effective October 17, 2026
Appointments and quotations
A website inquiry is not a booking. Service availability, travel, workspace, scope, price, and any payment or cancellation terms are agreed directly before an appointment is confirmed. No online payment is collected by this website.
Service suitability
Vehicle condition, existing coatings or film, previous repairs, materials, and the working environment can affect whether a treatment is appropriate. Paint correction cannot safely remove every defect. Ceramic coatings require maintenance and do not make paint scratch-proof or prevent rock chips.
Collection and recurring care
Collection care and recurring visits are inquiries subject to feasibility, scheduling, and a specific agreement. This website does not promise a dedicated Newport Beach team, unlimited availability, or a fixed membership program.
Editorial content and images
Care articles provide general information and do not replace vehicle, finish, or product-specific instructions. Images are AI-created editorial illustrations, not evidence of completed work, manufacturer endorsement, or business premises. Manufacturer names are used descriptively.
